Ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which explains the collective agreements for the graphic arts industry for manual workers and for employees of the articles of association

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 18 (1) of the German Labour Constitution Act, BGB No. 22/1974, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, at the request of a collective contractual body, which is a party to a collective agreement, in the presence of the conditions set out in paragraph 3 above, by declaration of the statutes also outside its own the spatial, professional and personal impact of a legally binding effect.

The Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection has adopted the following statutes following a decision of 20 April 2010 following the implementation of a senate hearing:

Scope of the Statute

§ 1.

a)

Technical: All branches of graphic production (printing and printing form) , which are covered by the collective agreements concluded between the Druck & Medientechnik association and the Austrian Trade Union Confederation, the trade union of private employees, printing, journalism, paper, and the collective agreements concluded in § 2. Writing and translation bureaus are excluded.

b)

Local: The territory of the Republic of Austria.

c)

Personal: All employers who produce graphic products on a regular basis using procedures customary in graphic undertakings, as well as the workers, apprentices and employees employed by these employers, provided that their Employment relationships are not already covered by a valid collective agreement (excluding collective agreements according to § 18 para. 4 ArbVG).

Content of the Statutes

§ 2. Following between the Federation Druck & Medientechnik and the Austrian Trade Union Confederation, trade union of private employees, print, journalism, paper, on 9 March 2010 and at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer protection under the register number KV 160/2010 and KV 161/2010 filed and in the "Official Journal of the Wiener Zeitung" collective agreements made known on 9 April 2010 are explained to the articles of association:

Agreement to supplement the Additional Agreement 2010 of 9 December 2009 on the graphic collective agreements for manual workers and commercial and technical employees in Austria's graphic arts, KV 160/2010;

2.

Agreement concerning the wage tables for the collective contract for Austria's graphic arts and the salary scales for technical and commercial employees to the collective contract for the Austrian graphic arts industry, KV 161/2010.

Beginning of the effectiveness and duration of the Articles of Association

§ 3. The date of effectiveness of the Articles of Association shall be 1 April 2010 as the beginning of the effective date. The term of validity of the Articles of Association shall be governed by the period of validity of the collective agreements which have been set up.
