135. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection for the temporary employment of foreigners in summer tourism
Due to § 5 (1) Z 1 of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, shall be:
§ 1. For the summer tourism sector, a quota of 4 117 for the temporary employment of foreign workers is fixed and divided among the Länder as follows:

§ 2. (1) In the framework of these quotas, authorisations of employment may be granted, the duration of which shall not exceed 25 weeks, and shall not be allowed after 31 December. October 2010.
(2) Nationals subject to the transitional provisions on the free movement of workers of the EU (§ 32a AuslBG), and asylum seekers are to be preferred in the granting of the employment permits.
§ 3. This Regulation shall expire on the expiry of 30 September 2010.
