140. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health on the application of animal vaccines not authorised in Austria against notifiable animal diseases or animal diseases subject to veterinary regulations (Animal vaccines Regulation 2010)
On the basis of Section 12 (1) of the Animal Health Act (TSG), RGBl. I No 177/1909, as last amended by the Federal Laws BGBl. I n ° 36/2008 and BGBl. I No 3/2009, shall be ordered:
§ 1. Until 1 June 2011, the application of the following animal vaccines, which are not authorised in Austria, shall be permitted for public interests:

the company Chevita GmbH (vaccine against Salmonella typhimurium in the dove)-approved in Germany; |

2. |
Chevivac-P12 |
The company Chevita GmbH (vaccine for the active immunisation of pigeons against paramyxovirus 1 infections)-approved in Germany. |
||||||||
3. |
Colombovac |
PMV/Pox (vaccine against paramyxovirosis and pigeon pox)-approved in the Netherlands or in Germany; |
||||||||
4. |
Heptavac |
P plus (Rauschbrand-Pasteurellen-Combination vaccine for sheep)-approved in Germany; |
||||||||
5. |
The Anthrax Spore Vaccine from the company Onderstepoort Biological Products Ltd., -approved in South Africa or in Canada, for the acceptance of officially disposed protective vaccinations against anthrax. |
§ 2. The import of the vaccines is in accordance with the Proprietary Medicinal Products Import Act, BGBl. I n ° 28/2002, in the current version. Vaccinations with vaccines according to § 1 Z 1 to 4 shall be reported by the veterinarian in accordance with § 12 (2) and (3) TSG. Vaccinations with vaccines according to § 1 Z 5 may only be carried out on the official order.
§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2010. On 31 May 2010, the Animal Health Regulation 2009, BGBl, will be taking place. II No 163/2009, except for force.
