142. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture, with which the University Authorization Ordinance (UBVO 1998) is amended

Because of

1.		§ § 41 (2), 69 (2), (69) (4) and (106) (4) of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 44/2009,
2.		Article 13 (2) of the Federal Law on Agriculture and Forestry, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 175/1966, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I No 113/2006, and
3.		§ 1 of the Federal Act on the Professional Tyre Test, BGBl. I n ° 68/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 118/2008,
Is prescribed:

The University Authorization Regulation (UBVO 1998), BGBl. II No 44/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 26/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § § 3 (1), (4) (1) and (6) (3) the term " "Bakkalaureatexamination" by the term "Bachelor examination" replaced.

2. According to § 3, the following § 3a is inserted:

" § 3a. (1) In the field of study Industrial Design, prior to the application for partial examination from the applied geometry, a higher school without a compulsory subject-related geometry or for the examination of the profession is subject to an additional examination from the performing arts To remove geometry.

(2) The additional examination of performing geometry according to paragraph 1 shall not apply if the student has successfully attended the performing geometry at a higher school in the extent of at least four weekly hours. "

3. In § 4, para. 1 lit. a in the table column for the study direction in brackets to the theological study directions and in § 4 paragraph 1 lit. b in the table column for the study direction in the parenthesis of the Catholic Religious Education becomes the word sequence "the Bakkalaureatsstudium" through the phrase "the Bachelor ' s degree" replaced.

4. In § 4, para. 1 lit. a are inserted in the table column to the study direction after the study direction of veterinary medicine the following study directions:

	" Classica et Orientalia
	Archaeologists "

(5) The following paragraph 7 is added to § 10:

" (7) § 3 (1), § 3a, § 4 (1) and § 6 (3) of this Regulation in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 142/2010 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the customer's presentation in the Federal Law Gazans. "
