239. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice, amending the Regulation on the uniformity of the staff of the judicial staff and the obligation of the prison staff for the purpose of expulsion.

Pursuant to Section 60 of the Civil Service Act 1979 (BDG 1979), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 65/2015, and Section 23 of the Contract Law Act 1948 (VBG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 65/2015, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice on the uniformity of the judicial staff and obligations of the prison staff for the performance of the expulsion, BGBl. II No 57/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 2 (1) reads:

" (1) Other members of staff who are active in the area of prison and the enforcement of freedom-of-the-law measures may, in cases where they act as representatives of the Federal Ministry of Justice with outside effect, may act as representatives of the Federal Ministry of Justice and the Interior and an official necessity is given by the Federal Minister of Justice in individual cases the wearing of the representation uniform is permitted. This applies analogously to guest musicians of the Justizwach music. "

2. The previous content of § 8 receives the sales designation "(1)" , the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 2 (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 239/2015 shall enter into force on 1 September 2015. "
