Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, which enacts a regulation on the curricula of higher technical and commercial teaching establishments in 2015 and the regulation on the curricula for higher technical and commercial training Teachers and the Regulation on the curricula of the Higher Technical and Industrial Teachers (syllabus 2011) (curriculum of the Professional and Technical Teachers in 2015); Dissemination of the curricula for the teaching of the teaching of the Religious Education

Article 1

Federal Minister of Education and Women's Ordinance on the curricula of the Higher Technical and Commercial Teachers 2015

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2015, in particular § § 6, 68a and 72 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,
Is prescribed:

§ 1. The curricula contained in the above mentioned facilities (with the exception of the curricula for religious instruction) shall be adopted for the above mentioned higher technical and commercial educational institutions:

1.		Higher teaching institute for Art and Design (Appendixes 1 and 1.1)
2.		Higher teaching institute for building technology (annexes 1 and 1.2)

§ 2. As far as they are not already included in Appendixes 1 to 6 of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act (BGBl), the teaching items of the curricula contained in the annexes to this Regulation will be subject to the following conditions: No. 244/1965, as amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 211/2013, which are included in the school-autonomous curriculum regulations and in the sections "Teaching Commitment group" of the curricula of the curricula. In the case of those subjects which are already covered in Appendices 1 to 6 of the Federal Act, the group of teachers is placed in brackets in the course of the hours.

§ 3. This Regulation, together with annexes, shall take place (with the exception of the curricula for religious instruction, and with the exception of the definition of educational and teaching duties, teaching materials and didactic principles as from 10 December 2008). Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 36/2012, is announced:

The curricula for the teaching of religion contained in the annexes under Section V were issued by the relevant churches and religious societies and are hereby hereby incorporated by reference in accordance with § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, BGBl. No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 36/2012.

Article 3

Amendment of the Regulation on curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching establishments

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2015, in particular § § 6, 68a and 72 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,
Is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching institutions, BGBl. II No 302/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 284/2014, shall be amended as follows:

The following paragraph 5 is added to § 5:

" (5) This Regulation as well as the Annexes 1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.5, 1.1.6, 1.1.7, 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3, 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.4.1 of this Regulation shall enter into force with respect to the first year of the day of the customer's presentation in the Federal Law Gazly, with regard to the II. Year after the end of August 31, 2016, and with respect to the other vintages, with the expiry of the 31 August of the following years from the end of the year. "

Article 4

Amendment of the Regulation on the curricula of the Higher Technical and Industrial Teachers

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2015, in particular § § 6, 68a and 72 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,
Is prescribed:

The Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Culture (Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture) on the curricula of the Higher Technical and Commercial Teachers (syllabus 2011), BGBl. II No 300/2011, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 284/2014, shall be amended as follows:

In accordance with § 4, the following § 5 is added:

" § 5. This Regulation as well as the Annexes 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 of this Regulation shall enter into force with regard to the 1st year of the day of the day of the presentation in the Federal Law Gazly, as regards the II. Year after the end of August 31, 2016, and with respect to the other vintages, with the expiry of the 31 August of the following years from the end of the year. "
