Sampling for culture substrates, soil adjuvants and plant aids

1. Education and number of final samples of packaged products

Product

Number of final samples

Culture substrates and soil excipients

3 original packings as final samples; each final sample at least 5 litres

Plant Aids

3 original packings as final samples

2. sampling for biogas manure as well as loose culture substrates and soil excipients:

2.1. General

In the case of sampling, any influence on the product to be tested and of the individual or individual products is required. Avoid final samples; the safety and operating instructions applicable to the respective operation must be taken into account.

The sampling procedure shall be carried out in a sufficiently short time so as to avoid any change in the properties of the product or samples supplied. During sampling, all individual samples shall be kept in such a way as to preserve their properties.

2.2. Sampling equipment

The equipment for the collection and formation of samples shall be made of a material which does not affect the quality of the samples. [0050] For the removal and formation of the samples, it is particularly necessary to use mechanical devices for sampling, shovels, in the case of liquid products, lancing lifters and scoop beakers and for sampling from moving products. For the sampling to be examined for hygienic parameters, secondary contamination is to be avoided as far as possible.

2.3. Scope of the tried-and-tested game

Where a lot is so large or so stored that it cannot be sampled at any point, only the part of the sample taken from the samples shall be considered to be taken as part of the sample.

3.4. Sampling procedure

Liquid manure liquid (<15 %TS)

Biogas manure fixed (> 15 %TS),

Culture substrates and soil excipients loose

Homogenization

The representativeness of the sample must be ensured by stirring or other reliable homogenization measures (through the operation).

The representativeness of the sample is achieved by a uniformly distributed drawing of the individual samples at sampling points.

Number of
Individual samples

up to 1000m 3 : 10

1000 to 3000m 3 : 20

3000 to 5000m 3 : 30

over 5000m 3 : 40

Number of sampling points (at least 12 and at most 30)

_____________________________

(Amount of tested product in m 3

Scope of
Individual samples

Extent: at least 0,5 litre

Sampling of individual samples

At least three times the volume of the visible tube (as a function of the removal device) must be discarded before the first individual sample is removed.

The sampled quantity is visually divided into the same number of identical parts as the required number of sampling points.

Individual samples are taken out over the material height, and material which is up to 50 mm below the surface is not taken into account.

Formation and scope of the collection sample

The individual samples are combined in a container containing at least 50 l to form a collection sample and, with constant stirring, the collection sample is reduced by re-using it (1 l) into a 15l vessel.

Individual samples are combined to form a collection sample.

The well-mixed sample is reduced by four-division or by means of a sample-sharing device.

Removal and formation of final samples

The reduced collection sample is thoroughly mixed and/or mixed. again and again and three equivalent final samples each with 1 l.

The reduced collection sample is thoroughly mixed and three final samples are formed from this with 1 l each.

Number and extent of the final samples

3 x 1 liter

Treatment of final samples

The final samples shall be kept in clean, dry, moisture-impermeable and sealable containers and sealed. The closure is to be secured by means of a seal, seal, sealing strip or a combination thereof in such a way that it is not possible to open without a breach of the fuse.

Use of the final samples

The containers of the final samples shall be clearly and durably provided with the number of the sampling protocol, the sampling point and the sampling date.

A final sample shall be supplied to the test; a final sample shall be kept; a final sample shall be followed by a person entitled to dispose of the product, with the sampling protocol being added.

For the examination of the hygienic condition, the final samples must be stored and transported in a cooled state and must be immediately checked. "

16. Annex 4 Z 7 is added to the following Z 8:

" 8. Biogas manure

For biogas manure, the tolerance shall be half of the declared nutrient content, but at most:
