187. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on Vocational Training in the Apprenticeship Profession of Glass Construction Technology (Glasbautechnik-trainordnung)

On the basis of § § 8, 24 and 27 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 82/2008, shall be assigned:

Teaching profession Glass building technology

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession Glasbautechnik is set up as a module teaching profession.

(2) In addition to the basic module binding for all apprentices, one of the following main modules must be developed:

(3) In order to deepen and specialise in training, a further main module or the following special module may be selected, taking into account Article 1 (4):

(5) In the first two years of teaching, the basic module must be conveyed. The training in the basic module and in the selected main module lasts three years. If another main module or the special module is completed, the teaching time takes four years. The training in the modular teaching profession of glass building technology lasts for a maximum of four years.

(6) The terms chosen in this Regulation shall include the male and female form. In the teaching contract, teaching certificate, teaching letter and in the certificate of teaching qualification, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentist (glass construction technician, glass-building technician).

Professional profile

§ 2. (1) apprentices trained in the basic module and the main module of glass construction are in a position to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the teaching establishment and in the vocational school:

Manufacture, assembly and repair of glazing and processing of sealants, adhesives and insulation materials,

3.

Decoration of glass by mechanical, chemical and thermal techniques,

4.

Frames of images and mirrors,

5.

Manufacture, mount, repair and repair glazing and glass constructions,

6.

Carry out the work, taking into account the relevant safety rules, standards and environmental standards.

(2) apprentices trained in the basic module and the main module of glass constructions are able to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the teaching establishment and in the vocational school.

1.

Manual and machine working and processing of glass, glass products and glass substitutes and other materials,

Set up, serve and monitor production machines for glass and glass subdivision processing,

3.

Manufacture, assembly and repair of glazing and processing of sealants, adhesives and insulation materials,

4.

Manufacture, assemble (by means of holding profiles, fittings, gluing) and dismantle glass constructions,

5.

Detect defects and damage as well as repair and repair glass constructions,

6.

Carry out the work, taking into account the relevant safety rules, standards and environmental standards.

(3) apprentices trained in the planning and construction of special modules are able to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school.

1.

Create design drawings by hand and computer-based,

2.

Planning, designing and creative design of products, individual parts or assemblies according to their own ideas or according to design specifications for glass constructions,

3.

Carry out calculations in connection with the design of products, individual parts or assemblies for glass constructions,

4.

Advising customers on the design of glass constructions.

§ 3. (1) In order to acquire the skills in the sense of the occupational profile, the apprentice is to be trained in the following knowledge and skills by the end of the basic module:

§ 4. (1) The final examination is divided into a theoretical and a practical test.

(2) The theoretical examination comprises the subjects technology, applied mathematics and technical drawing.

(3) The theoretical examination shall not apply if the candidate for examination has reached the teaching objective of the last class of the professional vocational school or the successful completion of a vocational middle or higher school which replaces the teaching period has proven.

(4) The practical examination shall include the items of test work and expert discussion.

Theoretical examination

General provisions

§ 5. (1) The theoretical examination shall be carried out in writing. It can be carried out jointly for a larger number of candidates, if this is possible without adversely affecting the examination process. The theoretical examination can also be carried out in a computerised form, although all the essential steps for the examination board must be comprehensible.

(2) The theoretical test shall in principle be held prior to the practical examination.

(3) The tasks shall be in accordance with the scope and level of the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice. They are to be explained separately to the examination candidates on the occasion of the assignment.

(4) The written work of the candidate for examination (s) must be marked accordingly.

Technology

§ 6. (1) The examination shall include the substantive answer to questions from all the following areas:

1.

materials and excipients,

2.

tools,

3.

Working methods.

(2) The test can also be carried out in programmed form with questionnaires. In this case, ten questions are to be asked from each area.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

Applied mathematics

§ 7. (1) The audit shall include tasks from all the following areas:

1.

Calculation of length and area,

2.

Volum and mass calculation,

3.

Calculation of material requirements,

4.

Percentage.

(2) The use of calculation orders, formulas and tables is permitted.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 40 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 60 minutes.

Specialize

§ 8. (1) The test shall include the completion of a relevant, scale-appropriate sketch as indicated.

(2) The task shall be to be carried out in such a way that it can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(3) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

Practical examination

Audit work

§ 9. (1) The audit work is based on the execution of an operational work order.

(2) The work contract shall include knowledge and skills mediated during the training in accordance with the modules agreed in the teaching contract. In any case, part of the work order are work planning, measures on safety and health protection at work, all necessary measures for environmental protection and quality control. The individual steps in the execution of the work order are to be documented.

(3) The Examination Committee has to carry out a test work on the purpose of the final examination, the requirements of the professional practice and the completed main module, which can normally be carried out in five hours. If a further main module or a special module has been taught, the test work should be based on a duration of seven hours. The extended examination period shall include an extended task in accordance with paragraph 4 or 5.

(4) The extended task in accordance with paragraph 3 during the extended examination period during the completion of a further main module shall include the following task:

An operational work order that includes knowledge and skills that were taught during the course of the training in the main module. (5) The extended task in accordance with paragraph 3 during the extended examination period during the completion of a special module comprises one of the following tasks:

(6) After six hours, provided that a further main module or a special module has been taught, the test work shall be completed after eight hours.

Expert discussion

§ 10. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) In the course of the expert discussion, the Examination Committee has to give the examination candidate/examiner the knowledge and skills acquired in accordance with the modules agreed upon in the course of the teaching contract. The exam candidate has to develop suitable solutions. For this purpose, material samples, tools and other demonstration objects can be used for this purpose. Thematic positions on relevant safety regulations, protective measures and measures to prevent accidents should be included.

(3) The expert discussion shall take 30 minutes for each/every candidate for examination/in 20 minutes, during the simultaneous examination of another main module or a special module. An extension of not more than ten minutes has to be done on a case-by-case basis, if the examination board is otherwise not able to assess the performance of the examination candidate.

Repeat Review

§ 11. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) If up to three items have been rated "Not enough", the repeat examination shall be limited to the items rated "Not enough".

(3) If more than three items have been rated "Not enough", the entire test shall be repeated.

Additional Check

§ 12. Examination of the part-examination of the department of the professional tyre test

§ 13. (1) According to Article 4 (3) of the Federal Act on the Professional Tyre Test, BGBl. I n ° 68/1997, as amended, in conjunction with Section 22a (1) of the BAG, on the occasion of the successful completion of the final examination for a modular teaching profession with a four-year training period, can be used for partial examination of the department of the In the event of a professional tyre test.

(2) The sub-examination of the department of professional tire testing consists in accordance with Section 3 (1) Z 4 of the Federal Act on the Professional Examination of Professional Tire from a written written examination and an oral examination. It is to be judged with a note.

(3) The written examination is five hours. The subject must come from the occupational field, including the professional environment, of the candidate.

(4) The oral examination must be carried out in the form of an examination of the written examination, including the professional environment at a higher level. It has to take place before the entire examination board.

The tasks of the oral examination shall be submitted by the chairman at the latest on the day of the examination before the start of the examination for approval.

(8) The assessment of the examination referred to in paragraph 2 shall be carried out by the examiners in agreement with the Chairman. In case of doubt, the Chairman's vote gives the rash.

(9) The examination referred to in paragraph 2 may not be repeated on the occasion of the examination of the final examination. In the event of non-existence, the admission to the professional tyre test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Act on the Professional Tyre Test.

Transitional provisions

§ 14. Persons who have filed a teaching qualification examination in the teaching profession Glaser are entitled directly to the management of the name Glasbautechnik-Hauptmodul Glasbau in accordance with § 24 Abs. 5 BAG.

Entry into force and final provisions

§ 15. (1) § § 1 to 3 concerning training regulations will enter into force on 1 July 2010.

(2) § § § 4 to 14 concerning the examination of the final examination and the examination of the part-examination on the subject of the examination of the course of the examination for the examination of the course of the course of the examination for the final examination will be 1.
