188. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on vocational training in the teaching profession Metallgießer/in (Metallgießer/in-trainordnung)

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 82/2008, shall be assigned:

Teaching profession Metallgießer/Metallgießerin

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession Metallgießer/in is set up with a teaching period of three years.

(2) The terms chosen in this Regulation shall include the male and female form.

Professional profile

§ 2. Through vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the apprentice, who is trained in the teaching profession, is to be able to carry out the following activities in a professional, independent and self-responsible way:

1.

Manufacture of moulds and cores by various moulding processes,

2.

Casting the moulds and preparing the casting process,

3.

Check and prepare models as well as repair of model equipment,

4.

Preparation and application of form and core coatings; assembling moulds, placing cores and casting moulds (cleaning, clamming, weighing) of moulds,

5.

Equipping, driving and operating of the plant-specific production plants,

6.

Emptying the moulds and applying measures for the development of the decores,

7.

Reworking of the castings such as blasting, cleaning, cleaning, grinding, deburring,

8.

Carry out the work, taking into account the relevant safety regulations, standards, environmental and quality standards.

§ 3. (1) The following vocational training is defined for the training in the teaching profession Metallgießer/in. § 5. (1) The final examination is divided into a theoretical and a practical test.

§ 6. (1) The theoretical examination shall be carried out in writing. § 7. (1) The examination shall include the substantive answer to questions from all the following areas:

1.

Materials science,

3.

4.

Melting and holding devices,

5.

Shaping technologies,

6.

Heat treatment.

(2) The test can also be carried out in programmed form with questionnaires. In this case, five questions are to be asked in each area.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

§ 8. (1) The audit shall include tasks from all the following areas:

Specialize

§ 10. (1) The examination shall include the following work orders, as indicated by the examination board:

1.

Repeat Review

§ 12. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) If up to three items have been rated "Not enough", the repeat examination shall be limited to the items rated "Not enough".

Entry into force and final provisions

§ 13. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2010.

(4) Apprentices who are trained in the former and foundry (metal and iron), foundry mechanic or tin foundry on 30 June 2010 may continue until the end of the agreed apprenticeship in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 above. , and may take up to one year after the end of the agreed period of apprenticeship for the examination of the teaching qualification in accordance with the examination regulations set out in paragraph 3.

(5) The teaching periods completed in the teaching professions of former and foundry (metal and iron), foundry mechanic or tin foundry in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 shall be full of the teaching period in the teaching profession Metallgießer/in full to be counted.
