191. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on Vocational Training in the Apprenticeship Profession of Clothing Design (clothing design training regulations)

On the basis of § § 8, 24 and 27 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 82/2008, shall be assigned:

Teaching profession clothing design

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession clothing design is set up as a module teaching profession.

(2) In addition to the basic module binding for all apprentices, one of the following main modules must be developed:

1.

Women's clothing (H1)

2.

Men's clothing (H2)

3.

Laundry Goods Generation (H3)

4.

Modist/in and Hutmacher/in (H4)

5.

Kürschner/in und Säckler/in (H5)

(3) In order to deepen and specialise in training, one of the following special modules may be chosen, taking into account Article 1 (4):

1.

Clothing Design (S1)

Theatre wear (S2)

3.

Bekleidungstechnik (S3)

(5) In the first two years of teaching, the basic module must be conveyed. The training in the basic module and in the selected main module lasts three years. If another main module or a special module is completed, the teaching period lasts three and a half years. A combination of further modules is then no longer possible. The training in the module apprenticeship training course lasts for a maximum of three and a half years.

(6) The terms chosen in this Regulation shall include the male and female form. In the teaching contract, teaching certificate, teaching letter and in the certificate of teaching qualification, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentist (clothing designer, clothing designer).

(7) All or The main modules and special modules are to be noted in the teaching contract, certificate and in the course letter by a corresponding notice in addition to the name of the teaching profession.

Professional profile

§ 2. (1) apprentices trained in the basic module and the main module for women's clothing are in a position to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school:

3.

Cutting of different materials and stitching of the garment,

4.

Shape the garments, such as by ironing and steaming,

5.

Change, repair, repair and modernize women's clothing,

6.

Manufacture women's clothing, such as dresses, corporate clothes, costumes and jackets and coats,

7.

Advising customers on models, cuts, paints and fabrics.

(2) Apprentices trained in the basic module and the main module of men's clothing are able to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school:

1.

Order-related selection of materials,

2.

Measures on/to customers, creating sketches and cutting patterns,

3.

Cutting of different materials and stitching of the garment,

4.

Shape the garments, such as by ironing and steaming,

5.

Change, repair, repair, and modernize men's clothing,

6.

Manufacture men's clothing such as jackets, suits, social clothes and jackets and coats

Advising customers on models, cuts, paints and fabrics.

(3) apprentices trained in the basic module and the main module of laundry goods production are able to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school:

Cutting of different materials and sewing of the laundry goods,

4.

Manufacture of laundry goods, such as women's, men's and children's clothes, men's shirts, women's blouses, children's clothing, baby linen, sports, leisure and professional clothing, table and bed linen, domestic clothing, underwear, etc.,

(4) In the basic module and the main module Modist/in and Hutmacher/in trained apprentices are able to carry out the following activities after the vocational training in the teaching establishment and in the vocational school:

1.

Order-related selection of materials,

Measures on/to customers, creating sketches and cutting patterns,

3.

Cutting of different materials and sewing of cut parts,

4.

Design of headgear like zB in the form of ironing,

5.

Change, repair, repair, and modernize headgear,

6.

Advising customers on models, cuts, colours and materials.

(5) In the basic module and the main module Kürschner/in and Säckler/in trained apprentices are able to carry out the following activities after the vocational training in the course of the apprenticeship and in the vocational school:

(8) apprentices trained in the speciality module of clothing technology are in a position to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school:

Apply methods for process evaluation and improvement as well as continuous quality improvement in garment production,

4.

§ 3. (1) In order to acquire the skills in the sense of the occupational profile, the apprentice is to be trained in the following knowledge and skills by the end of the basic module:

§ 4. (1) The final examination shall be divided into a theoretical and practical examination.

(2) The theoretical examination comprises the subjects specialist, economic calculation and trade mark.

(3) The theoretical examination shall not apply if the candidate has successfully completed the last class of the professional vocational school or if he has demonstrated the successful completion of a vocational middle or higher school that has been replaced by the apprenticeship.

(4) The practical examination shall include the items of test work and expert discussion.

Theoretical examination

General provisions

§ 5. (1) The theoretical examination shall be carried out in writing. It can also be carried out in a computerised form, although all the essential steps for the examination board must be comprehensible.

(2) The theoretical test shall in principle be held prior to the practical examination.

(3) The tasks shall be in accordance with the scope and level of the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice. They are to be explained separately to the examination candidates on the occasion of the assignment.

(4) The written work of the candidate for examination (s) must be marked accordingly.

Specialist

§ 6. (1) The audit shall include tasks in the following areas:

1.

materials,

2.

Raw materials and excipients,

3.

tools, equipment and machines,

4.

production techniques,

5.

Working methods.

(2) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes. The test is to be complete after 80 minutes.

Economic calculation

§ 7. (1) The audit shall include tasks in the following areas:

1.

Calculation of length and area,

2.

Percent and Proportion Calculation,

3.

Calculation of material requirements,

4.

simple calculation.

(2) The use of calculation orders, formulas and tables is permitted.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes. The test is to be complete after 80 minutes.

§ 8. (1) The test shall include the drawing of a simple cut as indicated.

(2) The task shall be set in such a way that it can be carried out in 60 minutes. The test is to be complete after 80 minutes.

Practical examination

Audit work

§ 9. (1) The audit work is based on the execution of an operational work order.

(2) The work contract shall include knowledge and skills mediated during the training in accordance with the modules agreed in the teaching contract. In any case, part of the work order are work planning, measures on safety and health protection at work, all necessary measures for environmental protection and quality control. The individual steps in the execution of the work order are to be documented.

(3) The Examination Committee has to carry out a test work on the purpose of the final examination, the requirements of the professional practice and the completed main module, which can normally be carried out in six hours. If a further main module or a special module has been taught, the test work must be based on a duration of eight hours. The extended examination period shall include an extended task in accordance with paragraph 4 or 5.

(4) The extended task in accordance with paragraph 3 during the extended examination period during the completion of a further main module shall include the following task:

1.

An operational work order that includes knowledge and skills that were taught during the course of the training in the main module. This work order can be integrated into the work order of the first main module. to this. (5) The extended task in accordance with paragraph 3 during the extended examination period during the completion of a special module comprises one of the following tasks:

A written processing of tasks which include knowledge during the course of the training in the special module. In order to process the task, the candidate receives documents from the Examination Committee. On the basis of these documents, he has to develop his task solution, which he has to document in writing.

(6) After a period of seven hours, provided that a further main module or a special module has been provided, the test work shall be completed after nine hours.

Expert discussion

§ 10. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) In the course of the expert discussion, the Examination Committee shall provide the examination candidates with knowledge and skills acquired in accordance with the modules agreed upon in the course of the teaching contract. The exam candidate has to develop suitable solutions. For this purpose, material samples, tools and other demonstration objects can be used for this purpose. Thematic positions on relevant safety regulations, protective measures and measures to prevent accidents should be included.

(3) The expert discussion shall take 30 minutes for each/every candidate for examination/in 20 minutes, during the simultaneous examination of another main module or a special module. An extension of not more than ten minutes has to be done on a case-by-case basis, if the examination board is otherwise not able to assess the performance of the examination candidate.

Repeat Review

§ 11. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) If up to three items have been rated "Not enough", the repeat examination shall be limited to the items rated "Not enough".

(3) If more than three items have been rated "Not enough", the entire test shall be repeated.

Additional Check

§ 12. After successfully completed examination of the teaching profession in at least one main module of the teaching profession clothing design or successfully completed teaching qualification examination in the teaching professions Damenkleidermacher, Herrenkleidermacher, Laundry producer, Modist, Kappenmacher/in, Hutmacher, Kürschner/Kürschner/Kürschnerin or Säckler/in (Leather clothing producer) can be filed an additional examination according to § 27 (1) of the BAG in a main module and/or special module of the teaching profession clothing design. In this case, the additional examination in a main module has to extend to the objects test work and expert discussion, in a special module on the objects test work restricted to the extended task and expert discussion to extend. § § 9, 10 and 11 apply analogously to these additional tests.

Transitional provisions

§ 13. Persons who have filed the examination in the following teaching professions are entitled to the following designation under § 24 (5) of the BAG directly for the purpose of the following name:

1.

Damenkleidermacher: Clothing design-Hauptmodul Damenbekleidung

2.

Herrenkleidermacher: Clothing design-Hauptmodul Herrenbekleidung

3.

Laundry goods producer: Clothing design-Main module Laundry production

4.

Modist, Kappenmacher or Hutmacher: Clothing design-Main module Modist/in and Hutmacher/in

5.

Kürschner oder Säckler (leather clothing producer): Clothing design-Main module Kürschner/in and Säckler/in

Final provisions and entry into force

§ 14. (1) § § 1 to 3 concerning training regulations will enter into force on 1 July 2010.

(2) § § § 4 to 13 concerning the examination of the final examinations and the examination of the examination of the subject of the examination for the examination of the teaching profession shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2012.

No 569/1986, without prejudice to paragraph 5, with the expiry of 31 July 2014.

(5) For apprentices whose first year of apprenticeship ends before 30 June 2011, the second year of which ends before 30 June 2012 or the third year of their apprenticeship before 30 June 2013, the training regulations for the training occupations of women's clothes makers shall continue to apply, Men's dressmaker, laundry producer, modifier, Kappenmacher, Hutmacher, Kürschner or Säckler (leather clothing producer) in accordance with paragraph 3 (if the teaching conditions have started after 30 April 2010, but on the basis of the credit transfer of Teaching or training times or A reduction in the period of teaching hours before the end of 12 months). These apprentices may, up to one year after the end of the agreed apprenticeship period, take part in the examination regulations in accordance with paragraph 4 of the examination regulations.
