205. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on the definition of vignette prices (Vignette price regulation 2010)
On the basis of § § 11 and 12 of the Federal Act on the toll collection on federal roads (Bundesstraßen-Mautgesetz 2002-BStMG), BGBl. No 109/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 135/2008 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2009, BGBl. I n ° 3, as regards the sections 1 to 4 and 6 in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance, shall be assigned:
§ 1. The price of an annual vignette, including turnover tax, shall be

single-track motor vehicles |
30,50 Euro, |
and for
2. |
multi-track motor vehicles, the maximum permissible gross laden weight of which is not more than 3.5 tonnes |
76.50 Euro. |
§ 2. The price of a two-month vignette, including turnover tax, shall apply to:

single-track motor vehicles |
11.50 Euro, |
and for
2. |
multi-track motor vehicles, the maximum permissible gross laden weight of which is not more than 3.5 tonnes |
23 euros. |
§ 3. The price of a ten-day vignette, including sales tax, shall be

single-track motor vehicles |
4,50 Euro, |
and for
2. |
multi-track motor vehicles, the maximum permissible gross laden weight of which is not more than 3.5 tonnes |
7,90 Euro. |
§ 4. The price of a Corridorvignette, including VAT, shall apply to:

a driving direction |
2 Euro, |
and for
2. |
both driving directions |
4 Euro. |
§ 5. The Korridorvignette is entitled to use the road as of 1 September 2008.
§ 6. (1) The provision of § 1 shall apply to annual vignettes which entitle the user to use road vehicles in 2011.
(2) The provisions of § § 2 and 3 shall apply to vignettes that entitle the user to use the road as of 1 December 2010.
(3) The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the determination of the vignette prices (Vignette price regulation 2009), BGBl. II No 226/2009, will expire on 30 November 2010.
