64th President of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the European Convention on Nationality

According to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, Montenegro, on 22 June 2010, has its instrument of ratification of the Convention on Nationality (BGBl. III n ° 39/2000, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 77/2009) and on the occasion of which the following reservation is declared:

In accordance with Article 29 (1) of the Convention, Montenegro reserves the right not to apply the provisions of Art. 16 of the Convention.
