307. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, which extends the ban on the placing on the market of genetically modified oilseed rape from the GT 73 oil rapeseed line in Austria for a further two years

On the basis of § 60 (1) of the German Genetic Engineering Act-GTG, BGBl. N ° 510/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 127/2005 and the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 6/2007, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Health and Women, which prohibits the placing on the market of genetically modified oilseed rape from the GT 73 oil rapeseed line in Austria, BGBl. II No 157/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 441/2008, shall be amended as follows:

§ 2 reads:

" § 2. This Regulation shall not enter into force on 31 December 2012. '
