331. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection for the temporary employment of foreigners in winter tourism
Due to § 5 (1) Z 1 of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, shall be:
§ 1. For the winter tourism sector, a quota of 425 for the temporary employment of foreign workers is established and divided among the following federal states as follows:

| Salzburg: ............ 130 for employment in glacial regions and their catchment area |

| Tyrol: .................. 250 for employment in glacial regions and their catchment area |

| Vienna: ................. 20 for employment in Schaustellerbetriebe |

§ 2. (1) In the context of these quotas, employment permits may be granted throughout the period covered by this Regulation, the period of validity of which shall not exceed 25 weeks and shall not end after 15 May 2011.
(2) Nationals subject to the transitional provisions on the free movement of workers of the EU (§ 32a AuslBG), and asylum seekers are to be preferred in the granting of the employment permits.
§ 3. This Regulation shall not enter into force on 30 April 2011.
