346. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Psychotropic Boundary Regulation

Due to § 31b of the Suchtmittelgesetz (SMG), BGBl. I n ° 112/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 143/2008 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2009, BGBl. I n ° 3/2009, is being prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Justice:

The Psychotropic Boundary Quantity Regulation (PGV), BGBl. II No 378/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 41/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. The promulgation clause is:

" Based on § 31b of the Suchtmittelgesetz (SMG), BGBl. I n ° 112/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 143/2008 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2009, BGBl. I n ° 3/2009, is being prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Justice: "

2. § 1 reads:

" § 1. The lower limit of the quantity which, in relation to the pure substance of the active substance, is capable of causing, on a large scale, a risk to human life or to human health (limit quantity), shall be applied to the individual psychotropic substances, under Taking also on their suitability to cause habituation, as well as to the behaviour of addictive sick persons, the quantity listed in the Annex to this Regulation shall be fixed. "
