127. Declaration by the Federal Chancellor concerning corrections to the Regulation annexed to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN)

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

Following the communication of the Secretary-General of the United Nations of 17 February 2010 and 30 September 2010, the following corrections to those of the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods Inland waterways (ADN) regulation (Kundrendered in BGBl. III n ° 67/2008, as last amended by BGBl. III, No 18/2009), adopted by the Contracting Parties to the Convention:
