354. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the
Accreditation of the monitoring and certification body of the Advisory Centre for Fire and Environmental Protection (BFBU) for the certification of products
On the basis of § 17 (1) of the Accreditation Act, BGBl. No. 468/1992, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 85/2002, shall be assigned:
§ 1. The monitoring and certification body of the advisory office for fire and environmental protection (ÜBZERT of the BFBU), based in 2320 Schwechat, Concorde Business Park D2/1, is accredited as a body that certifies the products according to ÖNORM EN 45011.
§ 2. The certification authority includes the certification of the following procedures and services:
ÖNORM F 3070: Planning, project planning, installation, commissioning and Maintenance of fire alarm systems and fire control systems, with the Restriction to item 6 and Annex B.
§ 3. The certification authority applies to those areas in which the Federal Government is responsible for legislation and enforcement, provided that the federal laws governing these areas do not comply with the provisions of the Accreditation Act relating to the accreditation of such bodies.
§ 4. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour shall enter into force on the accreditation of the organisation ÜBZERT of the BFBU, BGBl. II No 118/2006, except for force.
