427. Ordinance of the Federal Government on the minimum rates for the assessment of the supplementary allowance for the year 2011 (Supplementary allowance ordinance 2011-ErgZV 2011)
Due to § 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965, BGBl. N ° 340, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 62/2010, shall be arranged:
§ 1. (1) The minimum rates within the meaning of Section 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965 shall be as of 1. Jänner 2011

for civil servants 793,40 € and increase for married civil servants or for civil servants whose marriage is divorced, annulled or annulled if they are required to pay for the maintenance of their former € 396.16 and € 122.41 for each child for which the official or the official is entitled to a child allowance; |

for the surviving spouse, € 793,40 and increase for each child for which the surviving spouse is entitled to a children's allowance by € 122,41; |

(2) (1), (1), (2) and (5) shall also apply to registered partners.
§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2011 in force.
