Due to the Kraftfahrgesetz 1967, BGBl. No. 267, as last amended by the Federal Law, BGBl. I No 149/2009, shall be ordered:
The law on force driving-Implementing Regulation 1967, BGBl. No 399, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 124/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 7 (3) reads:
Windscreens and glazing for agricultural tractors shall be subject to the provisions of Directive 2009 /144/EC, OJ L 327, 30.4.2009, p. No. OJ No L 27, 30. Jänner 2010, S 33, or the ECE Regulation No 43, BGBl. No 200/1984. '
§ 7a reads as follows:
" § 7a. (1) Films are divided into splinter protection films, tinting foils and perforated foils. In the case of attached films, the approval mark must be visible. Splinter protection films are clear and have a light transmission of not less than 85%.
(2) Slider protection films and tinting films may only be attached to the inside of the panes. Perforated foils may be placed either on the outside or on the inside of the panes. The installation of several films on one and the same disc, or the subsequent application of films on the windscreen of motor vehicles, is not permitted.
(3) The application of splinter protection films is permitted on all side windows, on the rear window and on roof windows. Only in the case of army vehicles which are also used in foreign operations, a splinter protection film may be mounted on the windscreen. The application of tinting foils and perforated foils is permissible on side windows from the second row of seats to the rear, on the rear window and on roof windows. The glass must be coated with the film only up to the disc holder, a jamming with the frame or the seal can be ruled out. No increase in the risk of injury due to glass splinters may occur due to the application of the film.
When a tinting foil or a perforated foil is fitted on the rear window or on the side windows from the second row of seats of the vehicle, the vehicle shall have two main rear-view mirrors of category III or II in accordance with Directive 2003 /97/EC. '
3. In Section 11 (1), the values shall be: "225 000 cd" by "300 000 cd" and "75" by "100" replaced.

Section 19a (6) reads as follows:
