464. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, which amalgles the health telematics regulation

On the basis of § § 5 (1), 7 (5) and 9 (6) of the Health Telematics Law (GTelG), BGBl. I n ° 179/2004, as last amended by the Federal Law, BGBl. I No 103/2010, shall be arranged:

The Health Telematics Ordinance, BGBl. II No 451/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 2 (2) (6), the phrase "shall not be used" , Family and Youth ".

2. In Section 2 (3), the phrase " , Family and Youth ".

3. In § 2 para. 4, the expressions " , Family and Youth ".

4. § 5 :

" (1) Health service providers shall document all measures with which the requirements according to § 1 (2), § 3 (1) Z 1 or § 4 (2) are fulfilled.

(2) The documentation referred to in paragraph 1 shall be transmitted on request to the Federal Minister for Health. "

5. § 6 is repealed.

6. § 7 is repealed.

7. In § 8, the following paragraph 2a is inserted after paragraph 2:

" (2a) § 2 para. 2 Z 6, para. 3 and 4, § 5 as well as § 8 para. 3 and 4 in the version of the regulation, BGBl. II No 464/2010, enter into force 1. Jänner 2011 in force. § § 6 and 7 in the version of the Ordination, BGBl. II No 451/2008, shall expire on 31 December 2010. '

8. In Section 8 (3), the phrase " , Family and Youth ".

9. § 8 (4) reads:

"(4) The interrogation of electronic directories of the entities pursuant to § 2 (2) (2) (Z) to (5) shall be permissible up to the entry into force of § 2 para. 3."
