3. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of Section 15 (2) of the Maritime Law by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 15 December 2010, G 277/09, V 108 /09-16, was sent to the Federal Chancellor on 27 December 2010. Jänner 2011, rightly recognized:

" Section 15 (2) of the Federal Act of 19 March 1981 on Maritime Navigation and amending the Commercial Code, the Traffic Labour Inspectorate Act and the Federal Law for the fulfillment of the International Convention of 1960 for the Protection of the Law of the Republic of Germany of human life at sea, the rules for the prevention of collisions at sea and the International Convention on Load Lines 1966 (Maritime Law-SeeSchFG), BGBl. No 174/1981 in the BGBl version. I n ° 41/2005, is repealed as unconstitutional.

The repeal shall enter into force at the end of 31 December 2011.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
