Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the declaration of a federal road planning area in the area of the municipalities of Aderklaa, Raasdorf, Deutsch-Wagram, Parbasdorf, Markgrafneusiedl, Gänserndorf, Obersiebenbrunn, Untersiebenbrunn, Lassee and Marchegg

On the basis of § 14 (1) of the Bundesstraßengesetz 1971 (BStG 1971), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 286, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 24/2010, shall be ordered:

To secure the construction of the S 8 Marchfeld expressway from the node Deutsch-Wagram to the state border at Marchegg in the area of the municipalities of Aderklaa, Raasdorf, Deutsch-Wagram, Parbasdorf, Markgrafneusiedl, Gänserndorf, Obersiebenbrunn, Untersiebenbrunn, Lassee and Marchegg will be the site plan, part 1 to part 6, plan numbers 3063943/01/0-408/STR/RP/V, 3063944/01/0-408/STR/RP/V to 3063943/06/0-408/STR/RP/V and 3063944/06/0-408/STR/RP/V, visible terrain, which will be used for the later management of the Federal road is eligible to be declared a federal road planning area.
