55. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the flag and coat of arms of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 applies to the flag and a coat of arms of the Azerbaijani Republic, which are to be viewed by everyone in the Austrian Patent Office's trademark register for everyone.
