34th Federal Chancellor's presentation of the amendment to the Convention on International Carriage by Rail (COTIF)

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

The Audit Committee of the Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail (OTIF) has its 24th meeting. Meeting (Bern, 23. until 25 June 2009), the following amendments to Articles 9 and 27 of the Convention on International Carriage by Rail (COTIF) 1 decided on:

According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail (OTIF), these amendments came into force on 1 December 2010 in accordance with Art. 35 (2) of COTIF 1999 for all Member States.
