13. Bundesgesetz (Federal Law), which changes the Federal Act on the Organization of Universities and their Studies (University Act 2002-UG)

The National Council has decided:

The Federal Law on the Organization of Universities and their Studies (University Law 2002-UG), BGBl. I n ° 120, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, is amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 1b is added to Article 60 (1a):

" (1b) A prerequisite for admission to a Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma degree, which is not subject to any special legal regulations, is the application to study at the respective university within a prior to the respective university. 2. In § 63 (1) (5), the point at the end is replaced by a line-point and the following Z 6 is added:

3. § 66 (1) and (1a) are:

4. The following paragraphs 27 and 28 are added to section 143 (26):

" (27) § 60 (1b) and § 66 (1) and (1a) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl (Federal Law Gazette). I n ° 13/2011 apply to students who start their studies starting in the winter semester 2011/2012.

(28) § 66 (1) and (1a) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2011 will expire on 30 September 2014. '
