108. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, which changes the Telecommunications Fee Regulation-TKGV

On the basis of § 82 of the Telecommunications Act, BGBl. I n ° 70/2003, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 50/2010, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The Telecommunications Fee Ordinance-TKGV, BGBl. II No 29/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 82/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 4 the amount shall be: "72,67 Euro" by the amount "100 Euro" replaced.

2. Lit. A Z I 1 first sentence is.

" 1. For the purpose of authorizing the establishment and operation of radio equipment of the fixed radio service and of the mobile radio service, the fee shall be monthly provided that it is not measured according to Z 2 or 3 or in accordance with Z II, III, IIIa or IIIb: "

For the approval of the construction and operation of a digital broadband wireless communication network used exclusively for domestic or private purposes, the fee is one third of those according to Z 1-3, each lit. (a)-c), calculated charge. "

For the approval of the establishment and operation of digital radio networks in fixed and mobile radio service in the 29.7 MHz to 450 MHz frequency range, in which no radio station has an approved high-frequency output power of 0.5 Watt , the fee is monthly as a common frequency for 12,5 kHz allocated spectrum
