113. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, with which the Altlastenatlas-VO is amended (1. Altlastenatlas-VO-Novelle 2011)

On the basis of § § 13 and 14 of the Altlastensanierungsgesetz, BGBl. No 299/1989, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

The Altlastenatlas-VO, BGBl. II No 232/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 328/2010, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 14 is added to § 2:

" (14) Annexes 2 to 4, 6, 7 and 9 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 113/2011 will enter into force on 15 April 2011. "

2. In Annex 2, the entry is ALTLAST K3:
