118. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor on the abolition of the Topographical Regulation of Carinthia by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 139 (5) B-VG and in accordance with § 60 (2) and § 61 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 25 February 2011, V 124-127/10-18, V 128-131/10-18, V 132-137/10-16, V 138-145/10-21, V 146, 147 /10-18, V 148-150/10-18, V 151, 152 /10-18, V 153, 154 /10-18, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 29 March 2011, to be recognised correctly:

The Federal Government Regulation on the determination of areas in which topographical names and inscriptions are to be affixed in both German and Slovenian language (Topographieverordnung-Kärnten), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 245/2006, is repealed as being illegal.


The repeal shall enter into force with the expiry of 30 September 2011. "
