125. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health on the Updating of the Annex to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG (LMSVG annexes-Update Regulation 2011)

Pursuant to Section 4 (2) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 95/2010, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The Annex to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (LMSVG) reads as follows:

Part 1

1.

Regulation (EEC) No 315/93 laying down Community procedures for the control of contaminants in foodstuffs (OJ L 327, 31.12.1993, p. No. OJ L 37 of 13 February 1993);

2.

Regulation (EC) No 2232/96 laying down a Community procedure for flavouring substances used or intended to be used in or on foodstuffs (OJ L 327, 31.12.1996, p. No. OJ L 299 of 23 November 1996);

Regulation (EC) No 1830/2003 on the traceability and labelling of genetically modified organisms and on the traceability of food and feed products produced from genetically modified organisms, and amending the Directive 2001 /18/EC No. OJ No L 268, 18.
