131. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, which has a driving ban on heavy goods vehicles for certain roads (ban on driving vehicles in 2011)

On the basis of § 42 (5) Road Traffic Regulations 1960, BGBl. No 159, as last amended by BGBl. I No 116/2010, shall be arranged:

§ 1. Driving with lorries or semi-trailers with a maximum permissible gross laden weight of more than 7.5 tonnes and of heavy goods vehicles with trailers, in which the sum of the maximum authorised weights of both vehicles is greater than 7.5 tonnes is,

1.

on 23 April 2011 from 10 am to 3 pm, on 5 August 2011 from 18 to 24 h and on 24 December 2011 from 10 am to 10 pm on the Inntalautobahn A 12 and the Brenner motorway A 13, if the destination of the journey is in Italy or in a country which is travelling through Italy is to be achieved;

2.

on all Saturdays from 2 July 2011 to 27 August 2011 in the period from 9 am to 3 pm, if the destination of the journey is in Italy or in a country to be reached via Italy and on 22 April 2011 and 3. October 2011 in the period from 0 am to 10 pm, if the destination of the journey is to be located in Germany or is to be reached via Germany, on the Inntalautobahn A 12 and on the Brenner motorway A 13;

on all Saturdays from 2 July 2011 to 27 August 2011 in the period from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. outside the local area in both driving directions on the

a)

Loferer Straße B 178 from Lofer to Wörgl;

b)

Ennstal Straße B 320, starting at road-kilometres 4,500;

c)

Seefelder Straße B 177 in the whole area;

d)

Fernpassstraße B 179 from Nassereith to Biberwier;

e)

Achensee Straße B 181 in the whole area;

4.

On all Saturdays from 2 July 2011 to 27 August 2011 in the period from 8 am to 3 pm on the east motorway A 4 from the junction Schwechat to the national border Nickelsdorf in both directions, with the exception of destination and source traffic to and from the districts of Neusiedl am See, Eisenstadt, Eisenstadt-surroundings, Rust, Mattersburg, Bruck an der Leitha, Gänserndorf and Wien environs

forbidden.

§ 2. (1) withdrawn from the driving prohibited in § 1 Z 1, 2, 3 and 4:

1.

Journeys intended solely for the carriage of slaughterhouses or pristine animals, periodic printing units, supply of beverage in excursion areas, the unstoppable supply of petrol stations, catering establishments and events, or Repairs to refrigeration equipment, towing service, breakdown assistance, use in major emergencies, medical care, use of road-holder vehicles or vehicles on its behalf in order to maintain the Road transport, road or railway construction, the use of vehicles of the public security service, fire brigade, refuse collection, disposal of waste, the operation of sewage treatment plants or the use of vehicles of a regular service operator in order to maintain regular regular services, as well as journeys pursuant to Section 42 (3a) of the StVO, unstoppable journeys with trucks, semitrailer vehicles or trucks with supporters of the Federal Army or foreign troops, which are based on the Law of the Armed Forces Act, BGBl. I n ° 57/2001, in Austria, or journeys by aid workers of recognised organisations;

2.

Journeys in the combined freight transport rail-road from the consignor to the nearest technically appropriate loading station or from the nearest technically appropriate unloading station to the recipient and back to the next loading station, if a a fully completed document (CIM/UIRR), which indicates that the vehicle or its superstructures (swap bodies, containers) have been or have already been transported by rail; this is true in the combined Freight transport water-road in accordance with reasonable conditions;

Journeys, the destination of which is in Italy or reached via Italy, if carried out during the period referred to in § 1 Z 1 or 2 on the A12 Inntal motorway or the Brenner motorway A 13, and if it is made credible that they are Driving prohibited in Italy are excluded;

4.

Journeys whose destination is in Germany or is reached via Germany, if they are carried out during the period according to § 1 Z 2 on the Inntal motorway A 12 or Brenner motorway A 13 and are made credible that they are of existing Driving prohibited in Germany are excluded.

(2) except for the driving prohibited in § 1 Z 3 and 4, journeys with empty vehicles are in the period up to 10 a.m. to the place of residence of the handlebar, the registered office of the company, the freight terminals, the lorry's yard, the permanent location of the vehicle or the vehicle. Location where the operator provides the handlebar with a corresponding return journey by public transport or a company motor vehicle.

§ 3. Legislation which will arrange further driving bans shall remain unaffected.
