157. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Regulation on additives other than colours and sweeteners (ZuV)

On the basis of § 6 (1) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 95/2010, shall be arranged:

The ZuV, BGBl. No 383/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 263/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 reads:

" § 1. This Regulation lays down the rules on the use of food additives in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 on food additives, OJ L 327, 31.12.2008, p. No. OJ L 354, 31. 12. 16, in foodstuffs in accordance with Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down rules for the establishment of the European Food Safety Authority (EC) No 178/2002 Food safety procedures, OJ L 327, No. L 31 of 1 2. 2002, p. 1. "

2. § 2 deleted.

3. In § 3 (1), the word order shall be deleted "for goods for the purposes corresponding to the definitions in section 2 (1)" .

4. In Section 3 (3), the word order shall be deleted "for the purposes corresponding to the definitions of section 2 (1)" .

5. § 5 deleted.

6. The following indents are added to § 9:
