84th Federal Chancellor's presentation on the scope of the European Convention for the Protection of Animals in Agricultural Animal Livestock

According to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, the European Union 1 on 30 November 2009, the following declaration on the European Convention for the Protection of Animals in Agricultural Livestock Holdings (BGB1. No 82/1993, last proclamation of the BGBl area. (III) No 50/2008):

The Treaty of Lisbon, amending the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community, will enter into force on 1 December 2009.

As a result, from that date on, the European Union will replace the European Community and follow it up (Art. Article 1 (3) of the Treaty on European Union, as set out in the amendments by the Treaty of Lisbon).

Therefore, from this date on, the European Union will exercise all the rights of the European Community and assume all its obligations, including its status within the Organization, by continuing to exercise existing rights and The European Union's obligations to take over.

In particular, from that date, the European Union will take over all the agreements concluded by the European Community with your organisation and all the commitments entered into and binding on the European Community.
