186. Regulation of the Federal Government, amending the Regulation 2011 (NLV 2011)

On the basis of § 13 (8) of the German Law on the Law of the Niederlassungs-und Residence (NAG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2005, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 38/2011, shall be assigned in agreement with the Main Committee of the National Council:

Article I

The Regulation of the Federal Government, which sets out the number of settlement permits subject to quota and the maximum number of employment permits for temporary employees and harvest workers for the year 2011 (Branch Regulation 2011-NLV 2011), BGBl. II No 482/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. The heading of § 1 reads as follows:

"Total number of residence permits subject to quoting"

2. In § 1 the word "Establishment permits" by the word "Residence Title" Replaces and eliminates the turn "and 4" .

3. In § 2 para. 1, the quote shall be "§ 5 (1) (1) (1) and (1a)" by quoting "§ 5 (2) Z 1" , the quote " BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 135/2009 " by quoting " BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 25/2011 " and the quote " BGBl. I n ° 100, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 135/2009 " by quoting " BGBl. I n ° 100, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 38/2011 " as well as the quote "§ 13 (5) Z 1 NAG" by quoting "§ 13 para. 4 Z 1 NAG" replaced.

4. In § 2 para. 2, the quote shall be "§ 5 (1) (2) and (1a)" by quoting "§ 5 para. 2 Z 2" and the quote "§ 13 (5) Z 2" by quoting "§ 13 para. 4 Z 2" replaced.

5. The title of § 3 reads as follows:

"Quota-subject residence permit"

6. In § 3 the word in paragraphs 1 to 9 shall be given in the introduction sentence. "Establishment permits" by the word "Residence Title" replaced.

7. In Section 3 (1) to (9), each of Z 1 and 2 is deleted.

8. In Section 3 (1) to (9), the word shall be given in Z 3 "Establishment permits" by the word "Residence Title" and the quote "§ 46 Para. 4 NAG (§ 13 paragraph 2 Z 3 NAG)" by quoting "§ 46 (1) (2) and (4) of the NAG (Section 13 (2) (1) and (2) NAG)" replaced.

9. In Section 3 (1) to (9), the citation in Z 4 shall be "§ 13 para. 2 Z 5 NAG" by quoting "§ 13 para. 2 Z 4 NAG" replaced.

10. In § 3 (1) to (9), the citation in Z 5 shall be "§ 13 para. 2 Z 2 NAG" by quoting "§ 13 para. 2 Z 5 NAG" replaced.

11. In Section 3 (1) to (9), the word order in Z 6 shall be "Establishment Authorisation-Limited" by the word "Establishment authorisation" and the quote "§ 13 para. 2 Z 4 NAG" by quoting "§ 13 para. 2 Z 3 NAG" replaced.

Article II

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2011.
