Pursuant to sections 24 (5), 24a (7), 56 (4), 57 (9), 57a (2), (7c) and (8) and § 58 (2) and (4) of the Kraftfahrgesetz 1967, BGBl. No. 267, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 116/2010, shall be arranged:
The examination and evaluation unit ordinance, BGBl. II No 78/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 447/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 3 paragraph 2 Z 4, before the term "Werkmeisterschule" the phrase "Fachschule für Maschinenbau-Motor Vehicle Engineering or the Technical School for Machine and Automotive Technology or the" inserted.
2. § 9 para. 2 lit. b is:
