42. Federal Act 1968 modifies the criminal records Act

The National Council has decided:

The criminal records Act 1968, BGBl. No. 227/1968, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 111/2010, is amended as follows:

1. in article 3, paragraph 2 Z 9 is the point replaced with a semicolon and the following paragraph 10 added:



"10 a saying about the exclusion of the right to vote pursuant to section 446a StPO."

2. in article 3, after paragraph 4, the following paragraph 4a is inserted:

"(4a) at the same time with the delivery of the penalty card to the Federal Police Directorate has the Court of Vienna pursuant to § 2 para 1 of the voters evidence Act 1973 or § 2 para 1 of the European voters evidence law competent municipality the fact of the statement about the exclusion of the right to vote in the sense of section 22 of the National Council election regulations 1992 - NRWO, as well as the height of the prison sentence immediately to communicate."

The following paragraph 9 is added to § 3. 14:

"(9) section 3 para 2 Z 9 and 10 and paragraph 4a amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 42/2011 apply with October 1, 2011."
