251. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, which is responsible for determining the raw material surcharges for biogas plants for the calendar year 2010 (Raw Material Supplement-Regulation 2010)

On the basis of Section 11a (6) of the Ecoelectricity Act (ÖSG), BGBl. No 149/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 104/2009, shall be ordered:

§ 1. For the calendar year 2010, according to § 11a (6) to 9 ÖSG (ÖSG), for plants which generate electrical energy on the basis of biogas from renewable raw materials, and for those on the 19. § 2. (1) Applications for payment of the surcharges shall be submitted within three months of the entry into force of the Regulation to the Eco-current winding station.

(2) In accordance with Section 11a (8) in conjunction with Section 3 of the ÖSG, operators of green electricity plants based on biogas have to submit a raw material balance when submitting the application in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Eco-current winding station.

§ 3.
