269. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA), which amelaes the operating provisions of the Preliminary Provisions of the Preliminary Assassination Directive

Pursuant to § 39 (3) of the Operating Staff and Self-employment Act-BMSVG, BGBl. No 100/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 77/2011, is ordered with the approval of the Federal Minister for Finance:

The Ordinance on Occupational Pension Fund-BVQA-V, BGBl. II No 253/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 150/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1 (1), the reference " § 74 of the Banking Act-BWG in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 152/2009 " by reference " § 74 of the Banking Act-BWG in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 72/2010 " replaced.

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 5:

" (4) § 1 (1) and the Assets in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 269/2011 shall be applied for the first time to the quarterly document as of 30 September 2011. "
