According to a further communication, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Poland has amended his Erklärung2 given when depositing the instrument of ratification on 28 June 2013.

Also has extended the United kingdom3 the territorial scope of the present Optional Protocol on April 29, 2014 Jersey.

In addition, Ireland amended para. 4 of the Optional Protocol his Erklärung4 given on the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of ratification in accordance with article 3 on 12 January 2015.
