132. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Media, concerning the scope of the Convention on the Rights of the Child

According to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, South Sudan is 23. Jänner 2015 his instrument of accession to the Convention on the Rights of the Child (BGBl. No 7/1993, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III, No 91/2013).

According to other communications from the Secretary-General, the following states have their own on the occasion of the deposit of the instruments of ratification or ratification. the reservations and declarations made to the Convention partially or completely withdrawn, or Modified:

Brunei Darussalam:

Oman:

The Government of the Sultanate of Oman informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations of its decision to express the reservations expressed on the occasion of accession. 4 on Articles 7, 9, 21 and 30 of the Convention with effect from 14. Jänner 2011.
