The instrument of ratification signed by the Federal President and countersigned by the Federal Chancellor was deposited with the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization on 15 July 2015; the Convention shall enter into force in accordance with its Article 21 for Austria, 15. October 2015, in force.

According to the Communications of the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the following additional instruments of ratification or ratification have been made. Certificates of acceptance on the subject of the present Convention or statements of continuance:
