143. by-laws of the Federal Minister for arts and culture, constitutional and media regarding the scope of the European Convention on the adoption of children
According to an announcement of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe has the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia on the occasion of the ratification of the European Convention on the adoption of children (Federal Law Gazette No. 314/1980, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 38/2012) declared Vorbehalt1 as follows and extends from April 16, 2008, for a further five years:
"The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia declared pursuant to article 25 § 1 of the Convention, that it the provision of article will not apply the age of 7 para 1, there is the age of majority according to the law of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia 18 years and the upper limit of 45 years."
Also has the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia on February 22, 2013 its reservation to article 7 paragraph 1 of the Convention from April 16, 2013 for a further five years extended.
According to a further communication of the Secretary General which has Czech Republic renewed its when depositing the instrument of ratification of stated Vorbehalt2 with respect to article 7 paragraph 1 of the present Convention for a further five years, starting from 9 December 2015.
