On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of accession, Vietnam has declared, in accordance with Article 46 (1) of the Convention, that it should not be bound by the provisions of Article 44 of the Convention.
Vietnam also has, in accordance with Art. 46 (2) (2). a Z i the pattern " A A " as an indication of danger and according to Art. 46 (2) (lit). a Z ii the pattern " B, 2 A " shall be notified as a holding sign.
