319. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the temporary establishment of a fertiliser application for a period of prohibition of fertilizers

Pursuant to Section 55p (1) of the Water Rights Act 1959 (WRG 1959), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 215, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 54/2014, shall be arranged:

The Regulation on the 2012 Action Programme for the Protection of Waters against Pollution from Agricultural Sources, as amended by the Official Journal of the Vienna Newspaper, No 22/2008, as last amended by the BGBl. II No 260/2014 shall be amended as follows at the suggestion of the Governor of the State of Carinthia:

1. In Article 2 (1), the following third sentence is added:

" At the suggestion of the provincial governor of Carinthia, the latter date shall also be considered as the beginning of the prohibition period in 2015 for the application of manure and jauche to arable land in Carinthia, which is incurred in its own operation, on which, according to the Harvest of grain maize or soya winter wheat, winter rye, a greening with green-cut trough or similar crops-but no legumes-to 30. The following records are to be kept in October:


Name of the crop grown after the harvest of grain maize or soya, as well as the name and size of the bed or the size of the bed or of the field piece on which nitrogen-containing fertilisers have been applied,


Date of harvest and cultivation on the stroke or the field piece,


The type and quantity of the on-the-stroke or Field piece after the harvesting of grain maize or soya of fertilisers, the quantity of the annual active nitrogen contained therein and the date of the application. "

(2) In § 10, the following paragraph 4 is added:

" (4) § 2 para. 1 third sentence in the version BGBl. II No. 319/2015, shall expire on 16 February 2016. "
