321. Federal Government Ordinance on the pooling of district courts and the Sprengel of the remaining district courts in the province of Salzburg (District Court-Ordinance of Salzburg 2015)

On the basis of § 8 (5) (5) lit. d the Transitional Law of 1. October 1920, BGBl. No. 368/1925, in the version of the Federal Constitutional Law BGBl. I n ° 64/1997, the BGBl agreement. I n ° 194/1999 and the Federal Constitutional Law BGBl. I n ° 77/2014 is decreed with the consent of the Salzburg State Government:

Mergers of District Courts

§ 1. In the province of Salzburg, the district court of Saalfelden is taken up by the district court of Zell am See.

Sprengel of the District Courts

§ 2. In the province of Salzburg, there are the following county courts, whose sprenelds include the following municipalities:

1. Hallein	Abtenau, Adnet, Annaberg-Lungötz, Golling an der Salzach, Hallein, Krispl, Kuchl, Oberalm, Puch bei Hallein, Rußbach am Paß Gschütt, Sankt Koloman, Scheffau am Tennengebirge, Vigaun.
2. Neumarkt bei Salzburg	Henndorf am Wallersee, Köstendorf, Mattsee, Neumarkt am Wallersee, Obertrum am See, Schleedorf, Seeham, Seekirchen am Wallersee, Straßwalchen.

Entry into force and transitional arrangements

§ 3. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2017.

(2) The Federal Government's Regulation on the merging of district courts and the sprengeling of the remaining district courts in the province of Salzburg (district court-ordinances Salzburg), BGBl. II No 287/2002, with the expiry of 30 June 2017.
