321. Regulation of the Federal Government through the amalgamation of district courts and the jurisdiction of the remaining district courts in the State of Salzburg (district courts regulation Salzburg 2015)

On the basis of § 8, subsection 5 lit. d of the transitional law of 1 October 1920, Federal Law Gazette No. 368/1925, as amended by the Federal Constitution Act, Federal Law Gazette I no. 64/1997, the by-laws Federal Law Gazette I no. 194/1999 and the Federal Constitution Act, Federal Law Gazette I no. 77/2014 will be with the consent of the Salzburg provincial government decreed:

Amalgamation of the district courts

§ 1. The District Court Zell am see District Court Saalfelden is recorded in the Federal State of Salzburg.

Jurisdiction of the district courts

§ 2. Following district courts, whose Sprengel include nachgenannte communities exist in the Federal State of Salzburg:

Entry into force and transitional arrangements

3. (1) this regulation with 1 July 2017 into force.

(2) the regulation of the Federal Government through the amalgamation of district courts and the jurisdiction of the remaining district courts in the State of Salzburg (district courts regulation Salzburg), Federal Law Gazette II No. 287/2002, occurs at the end of 30 June 2017 override.
