340. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, which contains a regulation on the curricula for professional and commercial vocational schools, vocational schools for economic occupations and vocational schools for social occupations, as well as higher industrial and commercial vocational schools. The regulation on curricula for technical, commercial and artisanal schools, the regulation on technical, commercial and artisanal schools, is enacted and the regulation on curricula for technical, commercial and artisanal vocational schools ( Curricula for the School of Economic Occupations and the Higher Education Teaching Institute for Economic Occupations, the Regulation on the curriculum of the technical school for social professions, the regulation on the curricula of the three-year-old technical school and the Higher Teacher Training Institute for the economic professions and the regulation on the Curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching staff are amended; Dissemination of the curricula for religious education

Article 1

Regulation on the curricula for professional and commercial vocational schools, vocational schools for the economic professions and vocational schools for social professions, as well as higher education and vocational training colleges and higher education institutions for Economic professions (curricula of the humanvocational schools)

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2015, in particular Articles 6, 58, 62, 63, 72, 73, 76 and 77 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,
Is prescribed:

§ 1. For the following types of school, the curricula contained in the above mentioned facilities (with the exception of the curricula for religious instruction) shall be adopted:

1.		One-year housekeeping school (Appendix A1)
2.		Two-year home economics school (Appendix A2)
3.		Three-year vocational school for economic occupations (Appendix A3)
4.		Three-year vocational training school for hearing impaired persons (Appendix A4)
5.		Higher educational institute for economic occupations (Appendix A5)
6.		Higher educational institute for economic occupations-advanced training course (Annex A6)
7.		Higher educational institute for economic occupations-advanced training course for hearing impaired (Annex A7)
8.		Higher educational institute for economic professions-"Communication and Media Design" (Annex A8)
9.		Higher educational institute for economic occupations-specialising in "Social management" (Annex A9)
10.		Higher educational institute for economic occupations-specialising in "Environment and economy" (Annex A10)
11.		Higher educational institute for economic professions-specialising in "Culture and Congress Management" (Annex A11)
12.		Hotel College (Annex B1)
13.		Tourism School (Appendix B2)
14.		Higher Tourism Institute (Annex B3)
15.		Higher educational institute for tourism-advanced training course (Appendix B4)
16.		Kolleg für Tourismus (Annex B5)
17.		Fashion School for Fashion (Appendix C1)
18.		Higher fashion training institute (Appendix C2)
19.		Higher education institute for fashion-advanced training mode (Appendix C3)
20.		Higher teaching institution-College of fashion, specialising in fashion management and design (Appendix C4)
21.		Higher Teaching Institute-College for Fashion, Specials Fashion Design Ladies/Gentlemen (Annex C 5)
22.		Higher Teaching Institute-College for Fashion, Specialising in Mode-Design-Textil (Annex C 6)
23.		Higher teaching institute for art and design (Annex D1)
24.		Kolleg für Kunst und Gestaltung-Focus on "Jewelry-Design" (Annex D2)
25.		Technical school for social professions (Annex E1)
26.		Higher teaching institute for product management and presentation (Appendix F1)

§ 2. As far as they are not already included in Appendixes 1 to 6 of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act (BGBl), the teaching items of the curricula contained in the annexes to this Regulation will be subject to the following conditions: No. 244 /1965in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 211/2013, which are included in the school-autonomous curriculum regulations and in the sections "Teaching Commitment group" of the curricula of the curricula. In the case of those subjects which are already covered in Appendices 1 to 6 of the Federal Act, the group of teachers is placed in brackets in the course of the hours.

§ 3. In so far as the required school-autonomous curriculum regulations are not met at a school, they must be issued by the responsible school authority.

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force (with the exception of the curricula for religious instruction) as follows:

1.		§ 1, § 2 and § 3 as well as Appendix A1 will enter into force with 1 September 2016.
2.		The systems A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, C1 and E1 respectively occur with respect to the 1. Classes with 1 September 2016 as well as with respect to the other classes in each case with 1 September of the following years in class ascending into force.
3.		The systems A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, A11, B3, B4, C2, C3, D1 and F1 enter into force in each case with regard to the 1st volumes with 1 September 2016 and with respect to the other vintages each year with 1 September of the following years ascending.
4.		Annexes B5, C4, C5, C6 and D2 shall enter into force with respect to the 1. Semester with 1. September 2016, with regard to the 2nd semester with 1. February 2017 and with respect to the other semester each with 1. September and/or 1. September respectively 1 February of the following years ascending into force in the following years.

Article 2

Amendment of the Regulation on curricula for technical, commercial and artisanal schools

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2015, in particular § § 6 and 58 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,
Is prescribed:

The Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Sport's Regulation on curricula for technical, commercial and artisanal schools, BGBl. No 592/1986, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 170/2011 and the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 284/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the Z 26, 44 and 45 shall be deleted.

(2) In Article III, Article 2 of the following paragraph 10 is added:

" (10) § 1 Z 26, 44 and 45 as well as the Appendixes 1.B.5.6, 1D and 1E shall each occur with regard to the 1. Classes with expiry of 31 August 2016 and with respect to the other classes with the expiry of the 31 August of the following years shall be excluded in a class-by-class manner. "

3. The installations 1.B.5.6, 1D and 1E are omitted.

Article 3

Amendment of the Regulation on curricula for the technical school for economic professions and the Higher Teacher Training Institute for Economic Occupations

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 104/2015, in particular § § 6, 55a and 62 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,
Is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Education on Teaching Plans for the School of Economic Occupations and the Higher Teaching Institute for Economic Occupations, BGBl. No 154/1963, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 198/2006, and the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 284/2014, shall be amended as follows:

In Article I, Article 1 of the following paragraph 4 is added:

" (4) This Regulation, as well as Annexes A and B, shall apply with respect to the curriculum set out in Annex A with effect from 31 August 2016 and with regard to the curriculum set out in Annex B with regard to the 1. Class with expiry date of 31 August 2016 and with respect to 2nd class with expiry of 31 August 2017 class-by-class auscontinually out of force. "

Article 4

Amendment of the Regulation on the syllabus of the School of Social Profesials

Because of

2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs on the curriculum of the Fachschule für Sozialberufe (Fachschule für Sozialberufe), BGBl. II No 145/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 340/2008 and the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 284/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 and § 2.

(2) The following paragraph 5 is added to § 3:

" (5) This Regulation and the Annex shall enter into force with respect to the 1. Class with expiry of 31 August 2016 and with respect to the other classes with the expiry of the 31 August of the following years in a class-by-class manner out of force. "

Article 5

Amendment of the Regulation on the curricula of the three-year vocational school and the Higher Education Institute for Economic Occupations

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2015, in particular § § 6, 62 and 76 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,
Is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the curricula of the three-year-old technical school and the Higher Teaching Institute for Economic Occupations, BGBl. N ° 661/1993, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 14/2011 and the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 284/2014, shall be amended as follows:

Articles I, Articles 1 to 3 and Art II shall be deleted.

(2) In Article I, Article 4 of the following paragraph 11 is added:

" (11) This Regulation and the annexes shall not enter into force as follows:

1.		Article 1 (1) (1) (1) and (1) shall apply as regards the first Class with expiry of 31 August 2016 and with respect to the other classes in each case with the expiry of the 31 August of the following years in a class-wise out-of-class manner out of force.
2.		Article 1 (1) (2) to (5) and Appendixes 2 to 5 shall expire on 31 August 2016 with respect to the 1st vintages and with effect from 31 August of the following years with respect to the other vintages, each year.
3.		Article 1 (1) (6) and (6) shall expire at the end of the day of the customer's presentation in the Federal Law Gazans.
4.		Articles I (2) and (3) and (II) shall apply with respect to 1. to 4. Semester at the end of the day of the event in the Bundesgesetzblatt, with regard to the 1. Class and vintages at the end of August 31, 2016 and with respect to the other classes and vintages, respectively, with the expiry of the 31 August of the following years of classification and/or Year-by-year, out of force. "

Article 6

Amendment of the Regulation on curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching establishments

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2015, in particular § § 6, 68a, 72 and 73; and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,
Is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching institutions, BGBl. No 412/1986, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 326/2011 and the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 284/2014, shall be amended as follows:

Article I, Articles 1 and 2, Articles II and IV shall be deleted.

(2) In Article III, Article 1 of the following paragraph 14 is added:

" (14) This Regulation and the annexes shall not enter into force as follows:

1.		Articles I, 1, Z 1 to 3, and Z 6 and 7, Articles II and IV, as well as Appendixes 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 7.7 and 7.8 shall enter into force as of 31 August 2016 with respect to the 1st vintages and with respect to the other vintages at the end of the 31 August of the year. The following years shall be suspended from the year.
2.		Articles I (1), (3) and (4), (II) and (IV), and (3) and (3.8) and (3.8) shall be Semester with 1. September 2016, with regard to the 2nd semester with 1. February 2017 and with respect to the other semester each with 1. September and/or 1. September respectively 1 February of the following years semester-by-semester.
3.		Article I (1) (8), (II) and (IV) and Annex 7.9 shall expire at the end of the day of the event in the Federal Law Gazan. "

Article 7

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2012, is made known:

The curricula for the teaching of religion contained in Annexes A1 to A11, B1 to B5, C1 to C6, D1 and D2, E1 and F1 respectively under Section V have been issued by the churches and religious societies concerned and are hereby established in accordance with Article 2 of the Treaty. Section 2 of the Law on Religious Education.
