279. Regulation of the Minister of finance, modifies the Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Finance of the denaturing of alcohol (VO denaturing).

On the basis of articles 3, 4, 8, 11, 12, 17, 18, 31, 32, 79 and 86 of the alcohol tax Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 703/1994 as amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 151/2009, is prescribed:

Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Finance of the denaturing of alcohol (VO denaturing), Federal Law Gazette No. 41/1995 is amended as follows:

1 in § 1, § 2 para 1, § 2 para 2 Z 1 and § 2 para 2 Z 2 replaces the phrase "of the alcohol - control and anti-monopoly law 1995" the phrase "of the alcohol tax act".

2. in article 2, paragraph 2 replaces the phrase "Alcohol - control and monopoly law 1995" the word "alcohol tax law".

3. in article 2 the following paragraph 3 is added after para. 2:

"(3) alcohol is denatured as complete if he was completely denatured according to the legislation of another Member State and the denaturing method an of Regulation (EC) no 3199/93 of the Commission of 22 November 1993 on the mutual recognition of procedures for the complete denaturing of alcohol for the purposes of exemption from excise duty (OJ" (L 288 vondem 23.11.1993, S. 12) in the currently valid version is called denaturing methods. 4. paragraph 4:

5. in article 7, paragraph 1 the phrase "registered recipients" takes the place of the phrase "authorized recipients".

6 paragraph 7 para 3:

"(3) in vessels or containers intended for Undenatured alcohol, no denaturing may be made".
