282. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on educational standards in the school system

On the basis of Section 17 (1a) of the German School Education Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 73/2011, shall be arranged:

The regulation on educational standards in schools, BGBl. II No 1/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the text of § 1 shall be replaced by the sales designation "(1)" and will turn into Z 2 the turn "Living foreign language (English)" through the turn "(First) Living foreign language (English)" replaced.

(2) The following paragraphs 2 and 3 are added to § 1:

" (2) § 3 (2) and (3) of this Regulation shall apply to:

1.

Pupils with physical or sensory disabilities or with special educational needs as well as

2.

Extraordinary students according to § 4 of the school teaching law

, special reference to the specific disability and to the exceptional status of pupils (in particular the language of the language of instruction).

(3) § 3 (4) and (4) of this Regulation shall not apply to pupils pursuant to Section 2 (2) (2) of this Regulation. The provisions referred to above shall not apply to pupils in accordance with paragraph 2 (1) (1) if they are subject to the relevant subject-matter

1.

in the 4th or 8. School level according to the syllabus of the special school or according to the curriculum of a lower school level, or

2.

even if, in the course of teaching, the teaching or tools available in the classroom are not likely to solve the tasks assigned to them under the prescribed test conditions. "

3. § 4 receives the title of paragraph "§ 5." .

4. The text of § 5 shall become the sales designation "(1)" , the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 1, the section designation of § 5, the sales designation of § 5 paragraph 1 and the annex in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No 282/2011 shall enter into force on 1 September 2011. '

5. In the 1. Part of the installation precedes the word sequence at the end of the first indent of the second paragraph. "in Living Foreign Language/English" through the turn "in (First) Living Foreign Language/English" replaced.

In the second part of the annex, the title and heading of the 2. Section:

" 2. Section

(First) Living foreign language (English) "
