On the basis of § 17 (1) of the Accreditation Act, BGBl. No. 468/1992, as last amended by Federal Law BGBl. I No 85/2002, shall be assigned:
§ 1. The organisation ÖTI-Institute for Ecology, Technology and Innovation GmbH, based in 1050 Vienna, Spengergasse 20, is certified as a product (according to ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 45011 " General requirements for places which are not available in German). Product certification systems "), accredited.

§ 3. The certification authority applies to those areas in which the Federal Government is responsible for legislation and enforcement, provided that the federal laws governing these areas do not comply with the provisions of the Accreditation Act relating to the accreditation of such bodies.
§ 4. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the accreditation of the Organisation ÖTI-Institute of Ecology, Technology and Innovation GmbH is entering into the certification of products, BGBl. II No 463/2009, except for force.
