287. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the session funds of the Regulatory Commission

On the basis of § 10 (9) of the Energy Control Act-E-ControlG, BGBl. I No 110/2010, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

§ 1. Each member of the Board of Regulators shall be entitled to a session allowance of EUR 90 for each half-hour for each of the members of the Board of Regulators.

§ 2. Each member of the Regulatory Commission, which is not entitled to vote, shall be entitled to a meeting allowance of EUR 45 for each half-hour received in one day for the participation in meetings.

§ 3. The members and members of the Board of Regulators shall be entitled to remuneration for their duties as a right of appeal for each half-hour commenced on a double scale as defined in § 1 and § 2.

§ 4. The session funds shall be available on a quarterly basis.

§ 5. This Regulation enters into force on 3 March 2011, at the same time as the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour's Regulation on the session funds of the Energy Control Commission, BGBl. II No 215/2006, except for force.
