309 Ordinance of the Federal Government over the summer time in the calendar years 2012 to 2016

On the basis of § 2 para 1 and 4 of the time Census Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 78/1976, as amended by Federal Law Gazette is no. 52/1981, in implementation of Directive 2000/84/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the organisation of summer time, OJ No. L 31 of 02.02.2001, S 21, prescribed: 1. In the calendar year 2012 starts daylight saving time on March 25, 2012 at 2:00 central European time (CET) and ends on October 28, 2012 at 3 h 00 central European summer time (CEST).

2. in the calendar year 2013, starts daylight saving time on March 31, 2013 at 2:00 central European time (CET) and ends October 27, 2013 at 3:00 central European summer time (CEST).

3. in the calendar year 2014, starts daylight saving time on March 30, 2014 at 2:00 central European time (CET) and ends on 26 October 2014 at 3 h 00 central European summer time (CEST).

4. in the calendar year 2015 starts daylight saving time on March 29, 2015 at 2:00 central European time (CET) and ends on October 25, 2015 at 3:00 central European summer time (CEST).

5. in the year 2016, starts daylight saving time on March 27, 2016 at 2:00 central European time (CET) and ends on October 30th, 2016 at 3:00 central European summer time (CEST).
