309. Federal Government Ordinance on the Summer Time in the calendar years 2012 to 2016

On the basis of § 2 (1) and (4) of the German Time-Counting Act, BGBl. No 78/1976, as amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). No 52/1981, in the implementation of Directive 2000 /84/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on summertime arrangements, OJ L 327, 30.4.2000, p. No. OJ L 31, 02.02.2001, p. 21,

In the calendar year 2012, the summer period begins on March 25, 2012 at 2.00 a.m. Central European Time (CET) and ends on the 28th. October 2012 at 3.00 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST).

In the calendar year 2013, the summer time begins on March 31, 2013 at 2.00 a.m. Central European Time (CET) and ends on the 27th. October 2013 at 3.00 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST).

In the calendar year 2014, the summer season begins on 30 March 2014 at 2.00 clock Central European Time (CET) and ends on 26 March 2014. October 2014 at 3.00 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST).

In the calendar year 2015, the summer season begins at 2.00 am Central European Time (CET) on 29 March 2015 and ends on 25 March 2015. October 2015 at 3.00 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST).

In calendar year 2016, daylight saving time starts at 2.00 am Central European Time (CET) on 27 March 2016 and ends at 30. October, 2016 at 3.00 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST).
